terms & conditions

Last updated: 9th February 2018

Listen, if you’re going to take the time to read this, the least we can do is try to make it as simple as possible. We’ll have to have the legal speak as well (of course) but we’ll give it to you as straight as we can.

Basically there are three big rules here:

  1. You must be over 18 and of legal drinking age to use this site, interact with this site, order using this site, or accept beer on delivery from this. By doing any of the above, you are confirming that you’re 18 and abide by the laws of Singapore.
  2. Unless you state otherwise to us and we agree expressly, you’re not allowed to on-sell any beer purchased from Trouble Brewing, and you’re acknowledging that it’s for your own personal use.
  3. As a condition of using Trouble Brewing’s website or social media channels (known from now as the “site”), and any of Trouble Brewing’s services (otherwise known as the “services”) you agree to comply and be bound/subject to all of our rules and terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please close your computer - and do not use the service.

That’s the main parts – and we reserve the right to refuse order/service to anyone that we deem is not complying with the above and it’s at our sole discretion. No whinging.

Now here’s some more of the technical stuff you’re also going to need to know, read on!

Also, any rules or terms and conditions you see here might change – so anytime you use the service, you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL.

We’ve said it before, but we’ll say it again. Under Singaporean law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over.

By using the site or Trouble Brewing’s services, and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age. When you receive deliveries, recipients may also be asked to provide identification to confirm your age.

We also encourage the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. The beer we make is great – don’t waste it on getting wasted.
